Grenada. In the spring, the eastern Caribbean
organization OECS, to which G. belongs, decided that
nationals of the Member States could travel freely within
the region for six months. A joint passport for the OECS
countries will be issued from 1 January 2003. The OECS will
also establish an Eastern Caribbean Economic Union at
